Hamad Al Rashidi

Hamad’s current role is a Senior Vice President for Sustainability, Safety and Innovation , he joined MA’ADEN in 2007, has held multiple positions with extensive experience in petrochemicals and minerals processing industry.

Prior of joining Ma’aden Corporate, Al-Rashidi was the President of MA’ADEN Wa’ad Al-Shamal Phosphate Company (MWSPC), Ma’aden Fertilizers Company (MFC) where he led the formation of the companies.

Before joining Ma’aden, Al-Rashidi held several prominent project & operation leadership roles at SAFCO, SABIC Affiliate.

Currently, Al-Rashidi is Chairman of Meridian Consolidated investment Limited (MCIL); and Board Member of several Companies and non-profit organizations.

Al-Rashidi holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals and has completed several Professional courses from institutions including London Business School.
