The 4th edition of the Responsible Care Conference takes place from 31 October – 2 November at the Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel and Convention Center, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Event proceedings will be conducted in strict adherence to rules and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all attendees.

At the airport

  • Participants should hold a valid tourism visa upon entering the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Should present a negative PCR test result valid within 72 hours prior of departure date.
  • Participants is required to obtain a COVID 19 insurance.
  • All participants should download Tawakkalna application before arrival.
  • Acceptable vaccines in entering Saudi Arabia are the following:
    • Oxford/Astra Zeneca
    • Pfizer/BioNTech
    • Moderna
    • Johnson and Johnson (single dose)

* Full dose vaccines should be completed within 14 days or more before arrival

  • Participants with full doses of Sinopharm or Sinovac vaccines will be permitted to enter the country once done with a single dose of any of the acceptable vaccines.
  • Participants with full dose of not recognized vaccines and unvaccinated participants must undertake a mandatory five-day quarantine and this will be lifted upon receiving a negative PCR test result.
  • Status of your vaccine should be registered at before your arrival.

At the venue

  • Attendees arriving with cars/vehicles are encouraged to do self-park.
  • Before entering at the hotel, present your Tawakkalna application.
  • Present your registration confirmation email at the designated registration counter upon arrival.
  • Sanitized lanyard and badge holder will be distributed to the attendees at the registration counters.
  • Attendees will be required to always wear a mask across the venue.
  • Always observe a social distance of 2m.
  • Hygiene awareness signage will be located across the venue.
  • Sanitization of the entire venue will be carried out at the end of each day
  • Sanitizers will be placed all over the venue and PPE will be provided per request.
  • Coffee breaks and buffets will be served as normal with minimum social distancing required.
  • We suggest a strict no-handshaking policy during the event.
  • Floor markings all over the venue where delegates are allowed to congregate or queue.


During sessions

  • Conference room will be setup maintaining the social distancing.
  • New pads/pen will be provided for each seat in the conference room.
  • Speakers on stage are permitted to remove their face mask during conference sessions only if maintaining at least 4m physical distance with co-speakers and the audience.
  • Hand sanitizers, anti-bacterial wipes, water bottle, glass will be available at the stage, podium, and audio-visual console
  • Surfaces and equipment will be disinfected daily.
