Mr. Wilhelm (“WIL”) Wang leads a group of experts at
TransRegMEGA DMCC, a Dubai, UAE based entity,
providing professional training and management
consultancy services on issues that are essential to
business sustainability. Previously, Mr. Wang has held
various roles of increasing responsibilities for companies
including Imperial Chemical Industries, Ciba, Formosa
Plastics, and British Standards Institution.
Mr. Wang was a part of the pioneering group that spearheaded the initial
development and deployment of Responsible Care® initiative by Chemical
Manufacturer Association (now American Chemical Council) in the US and holds a
number of professional credentials including the Lead Auditor for Responsible
Care® management systems. Contributing his knowledge and expertise, Mr. Wang
continues to serve as a technical expert on a number of national and international
standard development endeavors related to managing sustainability, including ISO
CASCO Working Group, ISO/PC 283 on Occupational Health and Safety
Management, ISO/PC 242 and JPC2 on Energy Management, ISO/PC 250 on
Sustainable Event Management, ASTM/APEX Environmental Sustainable Meeting
Standard, and WRI/WBCSD Product Life Cycle Greenhouse Gas Protocol Technical
Mr. Wang received Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from University of
California, Berkeley, and Master of Science degree in international business from St.
Mary’s College of California.
