Warren W. Wilder
Vice President, Chemicals, Aramco

Mr. Warren Wilder joined Saudi Aramco in 2013 and was appointed Vice President of Saudi Aramco’s Chemicals business on April 17, 2014. In that capacity, he leads the company’s strategically critical chemicals businesses, including its world-scale joint‐ventures, Sadara and Petro‐Rabigh. Mr. Wilder represents Saudi Aramco as a member of Sadara’s Board of Directors as well as being a Board member of the Fujian Refining and Petrochemical Company (FREP) and Sinopec SenMei Petroleum Co. Ltd (SSPC), both in China. In March 2015, Mr Wilder was elected to the Board of Directors of the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA), the industry association that represents the regional chemicals industry.

Mr. Wilder has more than 30 years’ experience in the global chemical and refining industry, including senior leadership positions in highly respected U.S. and Asian chemicals companies. As President and CEO of Polymers of Mumbai-based Reliance Industries, Mr. Wilder led its olefins, polyolefins and PVC business. Before that, he led Titan Chemicals, Malaysia’s first and largest integrated producer of olefins and polyolefins, where he was a Board member and Managing Director and CEO.

Mr Wilder began his professional career with Exxon in refinery process engineering, planning, supply & transportation and was then with Koch Industries and Westlake Chemicals Company. Mr Wilder has led enterprises in North America, South America, Asia and Europe.

Mr. Wilder holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering (Hon) (1979) from the University of Washington and an MBA in Finance (1982) from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
